Homeo : Fissure Treatment without surgery

From some time as I pass stools blood is discharging and I feel severe pain after passing stools. As I consulted the doctor, he said that I have Fissure problem and that surgery is necessary. Please let me know why this disease comes and is there any treatment for this in Homeopathy.

Fissure is the condition referring to the tear on the skin of anus accompanied with the bleeding and severe pain. The reasons for its occurrence may any of Irritable Bowel Syndrome, long time constipation, less immunity, deficiency of vitamins, and some injury in the anal part.
It can be treated in homeopathy without surgery. Now temporarily use Nitric acid in 200 potency daily twice for 3 days and use Sacrum Lactis3 times daily. You get relief. But if it has to be treated permanently, you have to use medicines under the supervision of homeopathy doctor. Include more and more fiber in your food. Avoid spicy and oily foods.
