Suggest me some Homeo medicine for headache in the right side

My age is 48 years. When I go out in sun I suffer from headache in the right side. Sometimes this pain starts in the back portion of the head and proceeds towards the right eye. Please suggest me some Homeo medicine for this problem.

Use Sanguinaria in 200 potency weekly once. Take this medicine on the day when you suffer from headache. The problem reduces to a large extent. On the other days that is when you have no head ache use Saccharum Lactis two times daily.
